Shipping policy
Domestic Orders (Iceland)
- Orders are processed and shipped within 1-5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Delivery is estimated to take 2-5 business days, but please note that carrier delivery times are not guaranteed.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification with a tracking number from Dropp, our local delivery service.
- Shipping costs will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- If your package is not collected within 30 days, it will be returned to KakóGull. Please note that we do not offer refunds for unclaimed packages. If you wish to have your order reshipped, you will be responsible for all applicable shipping charges.
- If you receive an incorrect product or if something is missing from your order, please email us immediately at info.risenthrive@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and any relevant photos.
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at info.risenthrive@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will assess the situation on a case-by-case basis and do our best to find a satisfactory resolution.
International Shipping
